Corsica N°4 ***: Leave Tattone under the Monte d'Oro to Vizzavone, you may have a coffee or breakfast at the "resto du chef de gare", but be aware that you have a long road to ride... Today again, 180 km, and always with lots of mountain and green country side, with a final in the "Col de Sorba" (Sorba pass), which is always so marvelous despite the fire it had a fiew years ago. Do not hesitate to have some stop in the small villages and at the fountains to refresh yourself and to take a look at the many panoramas. I bet you will have a nice day!
Here is the global view:

First part: Tattone, Bocognano, Tavera, Bastellica.

Leave Tattone and follow the N193 to Vizzavone and then go down to direction of Ajaccio. Pass Bocognano (very good pork butchery), once in Tavera turn left to the D127 road to Bastellica, reach the Col de Scallela before going down to Bastellica.

Second part: Bastellica, Tolla, Cauro.

Leave Bastellica with the D27 road to Ajaccio, after a while turn right to Tolla with the D3 road. You are here dominating the "Gorges du Prunelli" in a wonderful way.At the end of the canyon turn left to Cauro with the D10 road.

Third part: Cauro,Santa Maria Siché, Bains de Guitera.

After you came out of Cauro follow the N196 road to direction Bonifaccio riding up to "Col St Georges", then go down up to Ata where you turn left on the D83 road to Sta Maria Siche. Lets continue on the D83 thru Corrano and Bains de Guitera.

Fourth part: Bains de Guitera, Cozzano, Bocca di Verde.

From Bains de Guitera you may chose the D75 road to Zicavo or the D767 direct to Cozzano, if you have time enough and like it to, you may go up thru Tasso with the D228 road (I like it to).
After Cozzano, it is the D69 that goes up to the fresh air of the Bocca di Verde, where you may have a stop at the Refuge.

Fith part: Bocca di Verde, Ghisoni, Bocca di sorba.

You will leave the "Col de Verde" with the splendid down road to Ghisoni (it is new rebuilt) and unless you wish to visit Ghisoni (you can do it), you will at the village entrance turn left to the D69 that goes up to the marvellous "Col de Sorba" and its superb pin trees.

Last part: Ghisoni, Col de sorba, Col de Serra, Tattone.

Leaving Ghisoni, up to Col de Sorba and then down to Col de Serra in a bunch of twisties. You will reach the col de Serra at the croosroad with the N193, a place where you find the restaurant "Le Chalet", a good place to stay. From there you will reach Tattone with the N193 direction of Vizzavone (it's on the left).
